3668586 - Error "SCLC" and missing hardware key in License Control Center after Windows OS update in SAP Business One

Symptom

  • Users are unable to log in using SAP Business One Client and receive a red line error "SCLC" without additional details.
  • The License Control Center displays a blank Hardware Key, preventing the import of the License file and causing an unexpected error message.
  •  In the tomcat log b1servertools64-stderr.log, an error "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no B1_LicenseEngine in java.library.path" is recorded.
