3668614 - "Enroll Now" and "Start Claim" buttons not showing in Benefits Overview Page when using PPX - 2H2025

When going to Benefit Overview through PPX, the "Enroll Now", "Edit Enrollments" and "Start Claim" buttons are not showing under the listed Benefits. 

Note: The issue occurs only if logged in user's time zone is different from Data Center time zone. For example, if logged in user is in PST where it is 14 Oct 2025 and if Data Center is in different time zone such as AEST where it is 15 Oct 2025, then the issue occurs.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. With PPX enabled go to the Employee Profile;
2. Click in Benefits;
3. Click in Go to Benefits Overview;
4. See that the benefits available for action (enrollment or claim) are listed, but the buttons to proceed with it do not show. 

Issue will be fixed with M2511 patch which is scheduled to reach Preview instances on November 4, 2025.

Workaround:

In the profile "As of" feature, select tomorrow's date or yesterday's date based on the Data Center timestamp (KBA 2354817 can be used to identify this date) and then navigate to Benefits section. Please follow the workaround until permanent fix is provided.
