Symptom

"Reset Template" button and "Attach a Document" link overlap when creating Offer Letter in Right to Left (RTL) locales such as Arabic and Hebrew.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In SAP SuccessFactors instance, select locale as Hebrew or Arabic
  2. Navigate to a job requisition and open a job application
  3. Create an Offer Letter
  4. Observe that the "Reset Template" button and "Attach a Document" link are overlapping

Cause

This issue is caused by a defect in the system that affects the alignment of the "Reset Template" button and "Attach a Document" link in RTL locales.

Resolution

Engineering team has confirmed this as a defect.

The issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1H 2026 version.
