3668635 - SM-mapped field data disappeared post deconversion - Recruiting Management

sm-mapped field data got disappeared in the external candidate profile after deconversion from the internal profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.

1. Fill data for sm-mapped field in employee profile.
2. data will get synched to internal profile.
3. convert internal candidate profile to external candidate profile.
4. Data for sm -mapped field will get disappeared on external candidate profile.

As per the system design, when a candidate was internal, their information from the Employee Profile was automatically reflected in their Candidate Profile due to SM-mapping. However, after deconversion, this information is removed from the external Candidate Profile, as it was originally stored in the Employee Profile database for the sm-mapped fields.

The Engineering team has confirmed that this is the expected behavior of the system.
