Symptom

  • The "Other Configuration Changes" audit report shows a warning icon in the status column after execution.
  • The tooltip message associated with the warning icon reads: "Partially successful".
  • The report can be generated and contains data, but concerns arise regarding its completeness and reliability.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Change Audit Reports section in SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
  2. Navigate to "Create Configuration Data Report".
  3. Set the date range and submit the report.
  4. Access the generated audit reports.
  5. Observe that the "Other Configuration Changes" audit report displays a "Partially Successful" status.
