The sort key = "Profit Center" is not available for assignment to G/L Account in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

The sort key = "Profit Center" is not supported for change or creation in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. It is a standard configuration, and only the sort keys provided by the system can be used.

It's not possible to request expert configuration to create a new sort key = profit center. The table TZUN for sort key is a cross-client table. A expert configuration for a cross-client table is currently not supported by framework.
