The "My Learning" tab appears in the header of the Learning Administration page.

1. Log in to the 2505 environment and navigate to the Learning Administration page >
2. Observe that the "My Learning" link is not present in the header >
3. Log in to the 2511 environment and navigate to the Learning Administration page >
4. Observe that the "My Learning" link is present in the header.
