3668762 - Inconsistent visibility control for banner and custom card - 2H2025 SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Custom card is visible when its Enabled status is unchecked at card level and checked at custom page level.
• However, banner is hidden if its Enabled status is unchecked at banner level, even if its Enabled status is checked at custom page level.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Banners:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Banners >
2. Uncheck the status for a certain banner >
3. Navigate to Custom Page > Open the page that uses the above banner and check its Enabled status >
4. Navigate to My Learning > Open the custom page >
5. Observe that the banner is hidden in the custom page.

Custom Card:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Custom Cards >
2. Uncheck the Enabled status for a custom card >
3. Navigate to Custom Page > Open the custom page that uses the above card, and check the Enabled status for the card >
4. Navigate to My Learning > Open the custom page >
5. Observe that the card is still visible.
