3668828 - In the Latest People Profile the User Information Custom Card is not showing Card title when there is no data maintained - 2H2025

Symptom

 In the Latest People Profile, the Card title for User Information custom card is not appearing when there is no data maintained.

 Upon adding the data, the card title becomes visible.

 Upon removing the data, the card title gets removed again.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - People Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go the Employee Profile.
  2. Go to Talent Information category.
  3. Observe the card for Custom card for User Info - the title is not present.
  4. Add data for the Custom card for User Information > the title becomes visible.
  5. Remove the data for the card > the title gets removed again.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The issue will be fixed via patch on 4th Nov 2025.
