3668845 - Link to Detailed 360 Report does not display in 360 Document Complete Notification despite configured

URL link to the detailed 360 report is not displayed in the received 360 document completion notification despite configuration.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Reviews 2511 and higher

1. Since 2H 2025 release, it is supported to include a link to the Detailed 360 Report in the 360 Document Complete Notification. 
2. Configure the token [[PM360_DETAILED_REPORT_URL]] in the 360 Document Complete Notification email template and make sure other settings are correct following the guide here: Adding Link to Detailed 360 Report in Email Notifications
3. A participant completes and submits the 360 form.
4. The process owner check the received 360 Document Complete Notification and notices that url link to 360 Detailed Report is not displayed.

The option "Hide the link to the detailed 360 report in the En Route and Completed folders until all users have completed the 360" is enabled for the 360 form template.

Disable the option "Hide the link to the detailed 360 report in the En Route and Completed folders until all users have completed the 360" for the 360 form template.

Note

When this option is selected, it prevents users from viewing the Detailed 360 report until all participants have completed the form.
