3668886 - 2H2025 Filtering on Applicant Tags causes Incorrect Application Count - Redesigned Applicant Workbench

Symptom

When using the Redesigned Applicant Workbench and filter on a applicant tag which uses multiple words and spacing like "Software Developer" or "Engineering Manager", the applicant count returns zero or incorrect number of applications and is not truly respecting the number of applications shown in the UI.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Add a filter on a applicant tag which contains multiple words and spacing like "Software Developer"
  2. Applicant Count and Status Count returns incorrect value and is mismatched.
  3. Filtering on single word tags like "engineer" is working correctly and the count is unaffected.

Resolution

This is a known issue, currently being investigated by our Engineering and Operations team.
