Symptom
Alumni users are unable to access Direct Pay Statement in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Error message raised is the following:
We are having trouble displaying your pay periods. Please contact your system administrator and provide the details below:
Error Code: 101
Error Message: Please configure the Outbound OAuth in Employee Central.
Root Cause: N/A
Active users can access to Direct Pay Statement correctly, so just Alumni users are affected.
