Symptom
In the SAP time zone customizing, the start and end dates of daylight saving time for Israel are not present for the years 2026 to 2030
The current rule in Israel is to switch to daylight saving time on the Friday before the last Sunday in March
(which is not necessarily the last Friday in March), and to go back to standard time on the last Sunday in October:

However, the rule for the start date cannot be converted into the rule format used in an SAP system,
and therefore the dates have to be entered individually for each year.
