• Inbound delivery is not created automatically after supplier confirmation is posted, despite the configuration being in place.
• This issue requires an additional manual step in the business process, leading to increased resource usage and additional costs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a purchase order in sap s/4hana cloud public edition.
2. Send the purchase order to the supplier for confirmation.
3. Supplier posts the confirmation in the system.
4. Check if the inbound delivery is created automatically.
5. Observe that the inbound delivery is not generated.

• Use the application Schedule Inbound Delivery Creation App to schedule a background job for automatic creation of inbound deliveries.
• The background job will process confirmed purchase orders and create inbound deliveries without manual intervention.
