3669050 - As of 2H2025 release MDF Custom Cards on Latest People Profile does not show the data present in the detailed view

Symptom

  • Since the 2h2025 release Summary card does not shows the data while the detailed view shows the data. This is affecting specifically MDF custom cards on latest People Profile
  • The first three fields are not empty on the composite level but display as empty in summary card under PPX in 2H 2025 instance.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

Product Engineering is working on a solution. The patch to fix planned to be deployed on October 28th for Preview environment.

Workaround

Currently as a workaround you can check the data on the detailed view.
