3669061 - My Purchase Requisitions: Description field automatically defaults with User Name and Date

In the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition app My Purchase Requisitions – F1639A, when a user creates a new purchase requisition, the Description field at the header level is automatically populated with the requisitioner’s name followed by the current date.

1. Open the Fiori App My Purchase Requisitions.
2. Create a new purchase requisition.
3. Observe that the Description field at the header level is automatically populated with `<User Name> <Current Date>`.
4. Attempt to clear the Description field manually.
5. Save or refresh the requisition.
6. Observe that the system re-fills the Description field with `<User Name> <Current Date>`.

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the Description field in the “My Purchase Requisitions – F1639A” app is hard-coded to be automatically populated with `<User Name> <Current Date>`.

This behavior is implemented in the UI logic of the app and is intended to provide a quick identifier for each purchase requisition. The field is not configurable using In-App Extensibility or key user adaptation.
