3669081 - EWM billing indictor is showing up for few deliveries which causes the impact on billing output type

Symptom

Outbound deliveries which are processed in EWM having issues with billing output type, we found that in the failed cases, the delivery document in LIKP has the EWM indicator set to "A", while the documents that are processed successfully have the EWM billing indicator set to blank.
