3669101 - Import and Export Data: Unable to find "Milestone" Generic Object on Import section

Symptom

There are no Generic Objects for Milestone Programs available on the Import section under the "Import and Export Data"page

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Rewards & Recognition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Import and Export Data
  2. Select Import Data
  3. Under Generic Object there is no option for Milestone Programs

Cause

Expected behavior

Resolution

Importing/Creating of Milestone Programs is only allowed from the Rewards and Recognition admin UI, all other ways are disabled
