3669104 - How To Remove Involved Parties from Email Activity in the SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Symptom

You would like to understand how to remove an involved party e.g. and Account, from an email activity in the SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to your SAP Service Cloud Version 2 environment.
  2. Navigate to the Emails work list.
  3. Select any email on the list.
  4. Navigate to the Involved Parties tab.
  5. See for the existing parties e.g. Account, there is no X (cross) button to remove it.

Resolution

At the moment, in order to remove an existing party from the email activity, you can use "Search and Add" button, where you can search for the party added to the email and unselect it from the value help, which will remove it from the email.

In the future releases, the cross button will also be provided as an option to remove the involved parties.
