3669154 - FlexibleSearch in TTL mode can return wrong cached results when using read-only replica

Symptom

Users report receiving incorrect query results when using database read-only replicas in conjunction with TTL mode for cached queries. This issue can lead to data inconsistencies when parameters in subsequent identical queries are different, but the cached result from a previous query is returned.
