3669159 - Links still showing when ‘Show Previously Used’ switch is off in ‘Recommend Links’ task - Onboarding

When the toggle button is switched off, the default recommended links for new hire tasks remain visible instead of being removed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. In the dropdown, navigate to the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Go to New Hire Details and click on the task “Recommend Links for New Hire.”
3. Turn the “Show Previously Used” switch off.
4. Note that all links are still displayed.

No suggested links were added, only default links configured in "Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks."

• This is expected behavior of the feature "Clear Previously Used Suggestions for New Hire Activities". The default list of links in “Recommended Links” will always be displayed, regardless of the toggle setting. As the switch label states, it will show or hide the suggestions created by the admin user for new hires. The defaults configured in the onboarding program will always be visible.
• Additionally, if the given task is already completed, the submitted links will also be shown, with or without the toggle.
