Symptom

  • The URL in the image widget settings reverts to its previous state after being deleted and published.
  • The issue is consistently reproducible.
  • Broken or incorrect URLs cannot be removed from image widgets.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Workzone

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to a workpage containing an image widget with a URL in its settings.
  2. Delete the URL in the widget settings.
  3. Publish the changes.
  4. Refresh the browser.
  5. Observe that the URL field reverts to being populated again.

Resolution

Code correction fix has been created and will be deployed on 2511B Release.
