3669191 - Custom homepage card content updates not applying correctly to rule scenarios - 2H 2025

• When changing the content of a card depending on a set rule, the content of all the other set rules change with it.
• Updates to one rule scenario content are replicating to all other rule scenarios, including the default one.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

1. Access the "Manage Home Page" section and click on "Organizational Updates".
2. Navigate to the descriptions of a custom card and change the content based on the rules.
3. Observe that all rules follow the last change of the one before it.

This is a Known Issue.

The solution of this issue will be deployed on October 28th for Preview and on October 30th for Production environment.
