3669241 - Modifying SAC keys in Security Center corrupts the Story listing

After adding an email address to the "SAC Keys" in Security Center > X509 Certificates  (a new capability introduced by INT team in the 2H25 release) the Story listing in Report Center stopped working.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
    • Report Center
      • Story Reports

1. Navigate to Security Center
2. Go to X509 Certificates
3. Locate the certificate labeled “SAC Keys”
4. Edit the certificate and add an email address
5. Click “Regenerate and Save”
6. Navigate to Report Center
7. Observe that Stories previously displayed are now missing

Automated certificate renewal for self-signed certificates is supported for certain integrations. However, updating SAP SAC-related certificates can disrupt the connection between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP SAC, leading to issues with Story listings in Report Center.

1. Navigate to Security Center
2. Go to X509 Certificates
3. Delete the “SAC Keys” certificate
4. Go to OAuth Configurations
5. Delete the "sac" & "sac_getAllStories" certificates
6. Go to Provisioning
7. Configurations for Story Reports
8. Refresh and Regenerate SAC OAuth Configurations
