3669304 - Unreleased Footprints Count Not Updating in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management

Symptom

  • The number of unreleased footprints does not increase as expected when additional mappings are added using the AI functionality in Manage Purchased Product Footprints app.
  • Initially, the number of unreleased footprints increases but reverts back to the original number upon refreshing the page.
  • Products selected and processed for "Generate Mapping" are not added to the "Unreleased Footprint" tab.
