3669315 - Unable to delete cloud foundry runtime due to active service instances

Symptom

  • Error message: "You cannot delete environments which contain active service instances. Delete the instances from your environment and then try again."

  • Despite all subscriptions and instances being deleted from the subaccount, the Cloud Foundry runtime environment cannot be deleted.
