Symptom

Error message: "Malformed URI literal syntax" encountered when attempting to set multiple maintenance orders to 'TECO' status in the app Find Maintenance Order and Operation.

The issue occurs during mass change operations, but not when changing maintenance order status individually.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app Find Maintenance Orders and Operations (App ID: F2173).
  2. Select one or more maintenance orders.
  3. Attempt to change the maintenance order status to 'Technical Completed' (TECO).
  4. Observe the error message: "Malformed URI literal syntax".

Cause

Incorrect settings in Personalization app.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the app 'Personalization'.
  2. Select the 'EAMS Web UI' tab.
  3. Restore the settings to default.
