Symptom

Consolidated MTTR and MTBR total values are missing in the exported Excel. Only individual component values are exported from app Technical Object Breakdowns.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Fiori app 'Technical Object Breakdowns' in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  2. Export the report to Excel.
  3. Observe that the consolidated MTTR and MTBR total values are not included in the exported Excel file.

Cause

The calculation logic for consolidated MTTR and MTBR values is not included in the export functionality of the application.

Resolution

  • Utilize the Fiori app 'Technical Object Breakdowns' to view aggregated data directly within the application.
  • Alternatively, manually create calculation formulas in Excel to calculate the consolidated MTTR and MTBR values.
