3669370 - Error when accessing content deployment location in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

An application error occurs when accessing the content deployment location ID in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access Learning Administration.
2. Navigate to System Administration -> Configuration -> Content Deployment Locations.
3. Search for the Content Deployment Location ID.
4. Open the Content Deployment Location in view mode or edit mode.
5. Notice the application error displayed.

The issue occurs due to an incorrect secret being copied during the instance refresh process instead of being properly restored. This is likely caused by a failure during the instance refresh process. 

If you do not wish to refresh the system, Delete the affected content deployment location and Set up a new content deployment location.
