A service contract item has ever been released previously, and then changed its status to another status (e.g. In Process). When deleting this service contract item, the following errors display.
- Item & cannot be deleted
- Item & cannot be deleted as an account assignment object exists
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Resolution
This is the standard system behavior. Once released, the item can no longer be deleted.
