SAP Recruiting Management

1. Mass actions are processed asynchronously via an event-driven architecture or the Job Scheduler.
2. While a mass action is running, no other mass action can be started on the same job requisition until it completes.
3. Recruiters can still view or update individual applications during mass action processing.
4. Supported bulk actions include:

• Add comment
• Add to requisition
• Contact (limit increased to 150 applicants from 50)
• Download documents
• Forward (as applicant, to colleague, to requisition)
• Invite late-stage applicant
• Invite to apply
• Bulk move
• Sort and display up to 150 applicants at once
