Symptom

Cannot find where to delete Tiles created using the "Save as tile" option in Custom Analytical Queries.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a custom analytical query in app "Custom Analytical Queries"
  2. Use the "Save as tile" option to create a custom tile.
  3. Cannot find where to delete the tile.

Cause

Tiles created using the "Save as tile" option are saved on the user personalization layer and are user-specific and cannot be assigned to other users.

Resolution

Follow the steps as below:

  1. Identify the space/page where the custom tile was saved.
  2. Navigate to the homepage and enter the edit mode.
  3. Delete the tile from the space/page where it was saved.
  4. Log off and log in again to ensure the changes are applied.
