3669389 - Review offboarding is blank for offboardee - Onboarding

• The Review Offboarding section appears blank when accessed.
• Personal Information and Job Information blocks are not displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Terminate the employee.
2. Trigger the Employee Review step for the offboarding process.
3. Proxy as the user and access the Review Offboarding section.
4. Observe that the screen remains blank, and the Personal Information and Job Information blocks are not displayed.

Offboarding still uses the old People Profile (PP3) page configuration.

1. Navigate to Admin Center → Configure Latest People Profile.
2. Enable the ''Visible on Full Profile'' section for "Personal Information" and "Biographical Information".
3. Verify if the Personal Information and Job Information blocks are now displayed in the Review Offboarding section.
4. Configure and enable other sections as per the requirements.
