3669448 - Defined thresholds of Geofencing in Clocking Time

1) Is there any limitation in the number of geofences that can be associated with the time event types?

1) Is there any limitation in the number of geofences that can be associated with the time event types?
The number of geofences that can be assigned to a time event type has been extended from 200 to 500 as of 1H 2026 release. Customers can now select and assign any 500 geofences from the available list of 2000 geofences in the dropdown. 
At the same time, it is recommended to restrict assignment of 500 geofences in one Clock In Clock Out Group, due to performance consideration. Because geofences will be revalidated at the API level, and time out issues might happen in case of a large number of geofences assigned within one CICO Group. Hence it is recommended to restrict no more than 500 geofences in one CICO Group.

3) Is there a maximum allowed number of zones within one geofences?
There is no maximum allowed number of zones within one geofences. 
 
4) Is there a maximum allowed distance between the zones within one geofence?
There is no maximum allowed distance between the zones within one geofence. They can be as far away from each other as needed.
You only need to zoom the map to define them. 

5) What is the maximum meter you can add as Radius?
Currently, customers can add maximum 800 meters in the Radius when creating/editing a Geofence.
Error message will show up: "Enter a radius less than or equal to 800."
