3669463 - Enhanced Rehire Verification with National ID Validation Feature is not working - Onboarding

The "Proceed as New Hire" button is not grayed out when a new hire's national ID matches an existing record during Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification.

The system allows proceeding as a new hire despite the national ID match.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Homepage.
2. Go to "Pending Tasks".
3. Select "Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification".
4. Proceed to "Profile Match Verification" for the rehire candidate.
5. Verify that the "Proceed as New Hire" button is not grayed out.

Expected Behaviour. 

It has been confirmed with the engineering team that the feature is intended to work only during the second rehire check.
