3669511 - Error "Field G/L Account: Value &&& not allowed" when saving G/L accounts or synchronizing G/L Accounts - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The error "Field G/L Account: Value &&& not allowed" occurred in one of following situations 

• Save G/L account changes in app "Manage G/L Account Master Data"
• Synchronize G/L Accounts in app "Synchronize G/L Account Master Data"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Save G/L account changes in app "Manage G/L Account Master Data" 

Synchronize G/L Accounts in app "Synchronize G/L Account Master Data"

There are two possible reasons:

• The alternative G/L accounts under company code level is not correctly maintained. The alternative G/L account does not exist in app "Manage G/L Account Master Data"
  
  
• The implement status for assigned alternative G/L accounts is set to "N(Not Used)" or "I(In Process)"
  " Accounts with status N or I remain in your lowest system and are not available in your higher systems. In a two-system landscape, this means that those accounts marked N or I are only available in your quality system. In a three-system landscape, this means that those accounts marked N or I are only available in your development system.  "

If the issue is caused by first reason, maintain a correct alternative G/L accounts.

If the issue is caused by "implementation Status", change the Implementation Status to P(Productive) .
