3669517 - Cannot hide Rating Scale Label Link in Performance Form Summary section

Symptom

When enabling Latest Performance Form Experience and providing none permission to rating scale label link in Summary section, the link still appears in the form's Summary section (i icon).

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable the latest experience of Performance Management
  2. Provide none permission to rating scale label link in Summary section with below xml configuration:
    <field-permission type="none">
        <role-name>*</role-name>
        <field refid="rating-scale-label-link"></field>
        <route-step stepid="*"/>
      </field-permission>
  3. Launch a new form and see that rating scale label link is still visible in the Summary section

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Disable Latest Performance Experience.
