3669561 - 404 error when accessing rating change history via home page calibration session card

Opening calibration session via home page card, then clicking on calibration change history, the page throws error:

Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administration.

Error code: 404 Page Not Found

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration 2511

1. Navigate to the home page.
2. Open a calibration session via the card on the home page.
3. Click on the "Rating Change History" icon.
4. Observe the error message: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administration." with error code 404 Page Not Found.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release.

Workaround

The page loads normally if accessing rating change history following below steps:

1. Navigate to calibration module.
2. Open the calibration session.
3. Click on "rating change history" icon.
4. The page loads normally.
