3669579 - Why is half of my CDHDR.USERNAME table data extracted into Signavio Process Intelligence pseudonymised even though the option to do so is not checked?

Why is half of my CDHDR.USERNAME table data extracted into Signavio Process Intelligence pseudonymised even though the option to do so is not checked? 

The likely cause is that when you carried out the initial extraction, the pseudonymise option was accidently selected and was subsequently removed for delta extractions. This would explain why only part of the column data is pseudonymised.

If you do not want any of the columns data to be pseudonymised, please delete the table data by following the steps in our guide, and re-extract the data. ensuring the pseudonymised option is indeed unselected.
