3669638 - "Cancel" button in Withdraw Application not working for non-English US locales in Redesigned Candidate Experience - RCM

In the Withdraw Application page as a candidate, the "Cancel" button is not working when using a locale different than English US - it still withdraws the application.

This is a known issue already brought to Engineering. The fix is targeted to be deployed on B2605 release, scheduled to be deployed on April 13th, 2026 for Preview and on May 15th, 2026 for Production.
