3669643 - Promotion link is not visible in worksheet when user proxy as another user

Symptom

User can view the promotion link in worksheet when they login into the instance themselves, while if someone proxy them and view the worksheet, the promotion link is not visible.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as another user
  2. Open compensation worksheet
  3. Check that promotion link is not available in worksheet when user clicks on more actions beside employee name

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch SFCMP-237439 on 28-October-2025.
