3669664 - Supervisor/Name Field Not Appearing as Filterable (Only Label Displayed) in Mass Change for Job Relationship - 2H 2025

While creating a mass change for Job Relationship in Mass Data Management, the field Supervisor/Name is not appearing as a filterable field - only the label is displayed, even though it is set as Filterable = Yes in Mass Changes Job Configuration -Job Information.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central -Mass Data Management

1. In Mass Changes Job Configuration the Job Information – Supervisor is set filterable as YES.
2. Go to Mass Data management>Click Create.
3. Select Category : Job Relationships.
4. Click on create.
5. Click adapt filters >Select supervisor & Name.
6. Click Ok.
7. Only Supervisor/Name label is displayed.

This is a known issue.

• The issue will be fixed via patch PTCH-48286 (2H2025 P4). Refer Patch timelines

Workaround : In Mass Changes Job Configuration Set the Job Information – Supervisor to filterable : YES and defaultFilter :YES.
