Receiving Error on Payment Information while selecting the Country "Austria"

Error : Sorry, the Receiver’s Country/Region is a required field for users from Austria. Please enter a value and try again later.

• Payment Information

1. Go to the user’s profile.

2. Open the Payment Information portlet and create a new record.

3. Fill in all the required fields and select Austria (AUT) in the Bank Country/Region field.

4. Click the Save button.

5. You will see the relevant error message.

2H2025 release issue.

The Field receiver Country/Region is not configured on the Payment Information UI.

Post 2H2025 release

• Receiver Country Field can be Replicated in Payment Information for Austria
• You can replicate payment information fields for Austria from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The Receiver Country field can be replicated to the ADRS_BANKS field.

Hence it is mandatory to maintain the "Receiver Country/Region" Field value for Country "Austria".

Prerequisites

The field receiverCountry is added in the Payment Information Detail (PaymentInformationDetailV3) on the Configure Object Definitions page.

The field parameters in the standard solution is as follows:

Name: receiverCountry, Database Field Name: sfFields.sfField22, Maximum Length: 38, Data Type: Generic Object

Follow the below steps to add the field in UI

• Navigating to Manage Configuration UI --> Payment information --> Respective UI for payment info --> Add the field "receiver Country "as a resolver type.
• Or you can create a New UI for payment information and configure this field in the UI.
• You can Hide the field "receiver Country field" for other countries by configuring the UI rules.
