Symptom

When attempting to open a completed Process & Forms work item in the Fiori My Outbox application, the following error message is displayed : “Workitem XXXXXXX could not be accessed.”

Prior to recent support package or patch implementation, users were able to view full form details for completed workitems directly from the Outbox.

After upgrading, the Outbox now loads but only displays a list of completed items without form details.
The message “To use Fiori forms, choose Open Task” may appear, but the Open Task button is missing.
