3669688 - My Outbox for HCM Processes and Forms: “Workitem could not be accessed” Error and Change in Behavior

Symptom

  • When attempting to open a completed Process & Forms work item in the Fiori My Outbox application, the following error message is displayed : “Workitem XXXXXXX could not be accessed.”

  • Prior to recent support package or patch implementation, users were able to view full form details for completed workitems directly from the Outbox.

  • After upgrading, the Outbox now loads but only displays a list of completed items without form details.
    The message “To use Fiori forms, choose Open Task” may appear, but the Open Task button is missing.
