3669691 - Background Color of the Menu (“Edit”, “View History”, “Print”) Options on a Permission Role in Manage Permission Role is Different - 2H 2025

• On Manage Permission Role, when opening any specific permission role, the background color of the upper right corner of the [Edit, View History, Print] buttons is different from its background color. 
• There is a background color on the menu buttons in a permission role.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2H 2025

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Roles.
2. Select any role name or enter any role.
3. Observe the colored area in the upper right corner of the [Edit, View History, Print] buttons is different from its background. 

The issue is caused by a code error that incorrectly sets the toolbar's design value, resulting in the background color being picked up from Theme Manager > Fine Tune > Tables and lists > Header background color.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

1. As a temporary workaround, users can change the color of the Header background color. 
2. Go to Theme Manager and select your current active theme.
3. After, go to Fine Tune > Tables and lists > Header background color.
4. Save the changes. 

Note: This workaround may affect the instance's setup of the table.
