3669732 - Urgent Change cant be set to successfully tested

Symptom

  • You have a ChaRM 4 system landscape , with a DEV (development)=> TST (test)=> PRE (pre-production)=>PRD transport track.
  • When executing action "confirm successful test" for an Urgent Change , the status is reset to To Be Tested, and you get an error message:

"Transport request PREK90xxxxx has not yet been imported into system PRE/100"

"Transport request is not flagged for import into production"

  • You also don't see any imports attempted into the pre-production system.
