How to purge goals by goal ID?

How to

The Data Retention Management admin tool now supports purging performance and development goals using Goal IDs, offering greater flexibility and precision in managing goal data.

You can now purge performance and development goals by goal ID through legacy purge requests.

You can download the template file and then upload a file of goal IDs to set up a purge request. 

Steps:

1. Search for "Data Retention Management" in your instance.
2. On right hand side, click on "Create New Purge Request"
3. When you select "Purge Goal" and "Purge Development Goal" in purge request type, you will get the following options in "Purge Method" field:
   1. Purge By Goal ID
   2. Purge By Goal Plan Template

Based on your requirement, you can select from the options mentioned above and proceed towards deletion of the goals.
