3669922 - UI rules are not working properly on a custom MDF object with a high number of fields

• On a custom MDF object with a high number of fields and groups, the UI rules are not working correctly or not executing at all.
• The rules might work on correctly in PP3/PPX, but not in the workflow details screen or manage data view.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Metadata Framework (MDF)

1. Create a custom MDF object with a high number of fields.
2. Configure a UI for the object with UI rules and groups and place it on the people profile.
3. See that the UI on the profile is working as expected.
4. However the same UI rules are not working on the workflow details screen or manage data view.

For the UI rules to properly execute on the fields, they should initially be visible on the page. However the "Visible Fields Count" group option will limit the initially visible fields.

Please increase the "Visible Fields Count" in the properties dialog of the UI groups. This will ensure all fields in the groups are displayed on the UI, allowing the UI rules to execute as intended.
