Symptom

When changing tax rates in SSCUI 101016: Define Tax Codes for Sales and Purchases, the "Prompt for customizing request" message pops up.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open SSCUI 101016: Define Tax Codes for Sales and Purchases in the test system.
  2. Attempt to change tax rates.
  3. Observe the message "for customizing request" in the test system.

Cause

The tax rates/codes can only be changed in the development/customizing system. It is currently not supported to save the changes in test system.

Resolution

  1. Change the Tax codes/rates in the development/customizing system.
  2. Transport the changes from the development/customizing system to other systems.
