How to get the GUID and edocument source key from EDocument Cockpit application?

Whereas the eDocument Source Key helps identify the original invoice number, the GUID plays an equally important role, as it uniquely identifies each eDocument instance within the system. The aim of this KBA is to explain how to locate both the GUID and the eDocument Source Key from Edocument Cockpit application.

Follow the below process to fetch the eDocument source key and GUID:

1. Open application EDocument Cockpit.
2. Enter the Source Document number in 'Source document' field like shown below. Note that source document number is not the ODN number. It is the original invoice number(eg: Invoice verification document number or Billing invoice document number).
   Now eDocument source key is displayed in 'eDocument Source Key' field like highlighted below:
   
3. To fetch the GUID, select the document and Navigate to 'Goto'--> 'History' like shown below:

5. The system will open a new pop-up window for History where GUID can be fetched like shown below under 'eDocument GUID' field:
   
   
   Note: The above pictures are pointing out to India E-Invoice node alone. But the same process is applicable for any node under any country solutions as well to fetch the eDocument source key and GUID.
